Shipping Method

All our items ship directly from the designer, wherever they may be located internationally. Please refer to details on each item page for information concerning the item's place of dispatch, shipper and shipping costs.

Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays

The Adam and Eve Projects does not deliver on weekends and is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes

Shipping Details

An order confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. this confirmation will have the tracking number of your shipment.

You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. The Adam and Eve Projects are not responsible for any fees that may be charged by customs in your country.

All shipping is subject to weight & volume. Some bulky items may be charged at a different rate.

Returns Policy

We will refund any purchase within 7 days of receipt within reasonable use (as determined by The Adam and Eve Projects), please contact customer service at shop@theadamandeveprojects.com or (02) 6685 9830 quoting your order number, and we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange your return.

Unfortunately, eyewear, underwear, perfume and cosmetics, and sale items are not able to be refunded or exchanged.

Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been received.  If the products are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied or faulty then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs and pay for the shipping of the replacement item.

Pre Orders

We will, from time to time, offer pre ordering of particular products. As is standard, the full amount of the product and shipping will be deducted from your account / credit card at the time of placing the order.
Please note that delivery time for your pre-ordered item may change. To get an updated ETA of your pre-ordered item contact customer service at shop@theadamandeveprojects.com
